ISAF Approves Rule and Specification Changes

ISAF have confirmed that all the proposed changes to the class rules have been approved, effective immediately. The new rules are available here.

The specification change to allow the use of a turning block, e.g. a Ronstan RF5, for the downhaul, has also been approved.
