Measurement of Equipment for the 2007 Worlds

To minimize the number of people and the time required for measuring equipment at the 2007 Tasar Worlds in Phuket, Chief Measurer Graham Hanna has developed a process for measuring boats and other equipment before they are shipped to Phuket.
