Agenda Item 8: Proposal for a Technical Development Committee

This proposal stems from Frank's Tasar II proposal and the ATC view that any changes to the Class should come from within and be evolutionary. The aim of the Committee would be to investigate and drive future changes to the Tasar Class. The Committee would be responsible for the conduce/supervision of experiment/trial, such as Todd's Mylar Jib trail, and then make recommendations to the WTC. Tasar sailors worldwide would be levied 1 or 2 dollars to provide a reserve to fund such trials.
