Published 08/10/2024 An ideal boat to race locally or at International events. The hull is sound, at minimum weight and was measured for the recent Nationals. The boat is race ready with three sets of sails, recent rigging upgrades and a galvanised MacKay trailer. The boat is ready for travel on a MacKay registered (Vic) trailer with a new set of tyres and wheel bearings in 2020. The trailer has a jockey wheel, neoprene slides and an enclosed floor for protection. The boat also has a galvanised beach dolly. The boat comes with three sets of Mylar sails - one regatta set that is about 5% used of expected life and two sets of Club racing and training sails about 60% of expected life. The traveller track and car have been recently replaced. Spare mast top section and whiska pole. A set of protective spar pockets for travel. Centreboard and rudder foils were recently refurbished by Sly Boat Builders and have a new padded foil bag. The boat is currently located in Sandringham, Victoria.

Unfortunately we don’t have as much free time as previously to spend sailing in this wonderful class and have made the very difficult decision to let this fantastic boat move on to more active times! 2874 has always been stored undercover and is fully equipped ready to go racing, she is a proven fast and reliable boat, rig & go inventory includes everything required to get you mixing with the pointy end of the fleet: 1 x set of practically new regatta sails which have been used once. 1 x set club racing sails, 29er style boom, foils in very good condition, West Coast rudder box with carbon tiller & extension, aluminium beach dolly, spar racks and a quality canvas boat cover.
